We operate as a dropshipping business; products are shipped directly from suppliers and we work as commission agent in between.
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or customs.
2.Refund and Return
As we operate through a dropshipping model, the products made available on our store are sourced from third-party suppliers. While we always strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, we are not directly responsible for fulfillment errors or product issues caused by the original seller. However, we’re happy to assist by contacting the supplier on your behalf to request a refund or return where possible. Refunds or replacements will only be issued directly by us in cases where an error occurred on our end.
3.General Terms
All products are sold in accordance with the descriptions provided on our website.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter a contract and have read and agreed on all the conditions.

In order to maintain privacy of our customers the name on reviews are examplified while we ensure that all the reviews are from verified customers.
Reviews are taken from that specific product category not necessarily from the same supplier.

Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping information.
No interest (riba) will be applied to transactions, consistent with Islamic guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tasmio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We strive to ensure product quality but cannot guarantee supplier-related issues.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country and aligned with Islamic commercial principles where applicable.
