While we always strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, we are not directly responsible for fulfillment errors or product issues caused by the original seller. However, we’re happy to assist by contacting the supplier on your behalf to request a refund or return where possible. Refunds or replacements will only be issued directly by us in cases where an error occurred on our end.
